Philosophy

The Elite Football Academy programme is based on World’s Best Practise. The various programs have been derived from many of Europe’s Elite youth programs and are in line with the Football Federation Australia National Curriculum. The emphasis is on fun, enjoyment and development. Like all of us we thrive on positive reinforcement, our children are no different. At Elite Football Academy there is a clear and defined pathway for players of ALL abilities. A number of current A League clubs have entrusted the Elite Football Academy to be their Victorian based scouting arm.
